How store orders, delivery, refunds, and benefits work
This policy explains how CraftMania handles store orders, donations, automatic delivery, refunds, disputes, and in-game benefits.

1. Scope
This policy applies to store orders, donations, ranks, items, and any other benefits provided through the CraftMania website or server.
2. Donations and Benefits
Store purchases help keep the server online, fund development, and support improvements for the community. In return, CraftMania may provide in-game benefits connected to the selected package.
Donations and store benefits do not make a player exempt from server rules, moderation decisions, or account restrictions.
3. Delivery
Benefits are delivered to the Minecraft account informed during checkout. Please check the username carefully before completing an order.
- Delivery is normally automatic after payment confirmation.
- Delivery may be delayed if the payment provider has not confirmed the order.
- Delivery may also be delayed during maintenance, system updates, fraud checks, or temporary service issues.
4. Prices and Availability
Store prices, packages, benefits, and availability may change when needed.
Changes may happen because of currency variation, taxes, payment provider fees, infrastructure costs, balancing decisions, or server development needs.
5. Refunds and Disputes
Digital store benefits are generally final after payment confirmation and delivery. Refunds may be reviewed in cases such as duplicate payments, technical delivery failures, fraud, or other exceptional situations approved by the administration.
If you believe there is a problem with an order, contact support before opening a payment dispute so the team can review the case.
When a dispute, chargeback, or reversal is opened, related in-game benefits may be suspended, removed, or limited while the case is under review.
Nothing in this policy limits any mandatory consumer rights that may apply under local law.
6. Use of Benefits
Benefits are activated on the account provided at checkout. Transfers to another player are not guaranteed and may be denied after delivery.
CraftMania is not responsible for losses caused by misuse of a benefit after it has been delivered, including using items in the wrong place or exposing them to normal gameplay risk.
7. Server Rules
Players who donate or purchase store benefits must still follow all server rules. Rule violations may result in warnings, suspensions, bans, or other moderation actions.
8. No Mojang or Microsoft Affiliation
CraftMania is not affiliated with Mojang Studios or Microsoft.
